It's been 10 years since we last visited Bambusia restaurant. The place is still the same and the same owners. They fit us in on a very busy night and the food was amazing. It was served quickly and the staff were very friendly. Then the complimentary ports came out, which was so nice. A genuine experience in Chinese dining. I can't thank them enough for a memorable evening. I will be back the next time I'm in Sydney.

Absolutely incredible, if you go here get the sizzling steak, it tastes like heaven. The food is fairly priced for how good it tastes, and the staff is friendly and very respectful. We got there when it was fairly full but they were still able to fit us in incredible experience, 100% reccomend

Total nostalgia. Last came here over 30 years ago. Great food, service and atmosphere. Lovely to see the interaction between staff and customers. Sort of a "Cheers" culture where everyone knew their names.

This is your classic Aussie Chinese. The char kwey do was decent. Just needs a bit more wok hei, but otherwise decent. The shredded beef was super crunchy but possibly too crunchy you can’t feel the beef. Omelette has good flavour. Overall, good food with great service.
