Absolutely love this long-standing Chaoshan-style beef hotpot spot in the CBD — it’s my go-to every time I’m craving something comforting and satisfying. What really sets it apart is the beef they use: Australian Wagyu. Compared to the traditional yellow cattle back home, Aussie Wagyu has better marbling and a softer, juicier texture, which honestly works so well in hotpot. You just give the beef a quick dip and it comes out incredibly tender and flavourful — no heavy sauces needed. Simple, clean, and done right. It’s easy to see why this place has been around for so long. One of those reliable spots I keep coming back to.

Absolutely loved our meal here! The beef was very tender and flavourful, you can really taste the freshness. The soup broth was rich, aromatic, and tasted just like the authentic Teochew style I remember from home. The handmade rice noodles were the highlight — silky, chewy, and soaked up the broth perfectly. The staff were friendly and the service was quick, even though the place was quite busy. Everything felt comforting and full of heart, from the presentation to the seasoning. 100% be coming back again soon and bringing friends next time :)

That's one of the best meals I've ever had. I had the dry beef rice noodles with the beef ball soup. The flavours are unreal. The broth is so tasty I had to stop myself drinking it straight from the bowl. Will be back!
