The portion sizes were decent for lunch but definitely too small for dinner. The service left a lot to be desired as it was surprising to be asked for a service fee/tip when many things were self-served. The staff only dropped off the food and didnโ€™t provide any further assistance. We had to fill out the menu to order ourselves and fetch our own water and cups. Hence, we had to ask for utensils since they had forgotten to provide them. We expected much more for the price.

We ordered the Slow Braised Pork Belly Bao and the Soft Shell Crab Bao. I preferred the Soft Shell Crab Bao as the other Bao tasted too fatty for my liking. I think the price is alright for the quality of the bao. I would visit here again to have lunch but wouldnโ€™t for dinner as the portion sizes are small and wouldnโ€™t be filling.

Nice menu with a great variety of bao. All of them were absolutely delicious. The pork belly and short rib bao were our favourites. For dessert, we tried the pandan bao balls, which were very good.

This restaurant is one I absolutely see myself visiting again, especially on future special occasions. Came here before my art exhibition and fell in love with the atmosphere. The decor and dim lighting create such a comfortable and luxurious dining experience, this alone enough to bring us back. We started with the orange chicken bites, which offer a crunchy and decadently sweet moment, balanced by the citrus of the accompanying orange slice. Such a depth of flavour! We had the slow braised pork belly bao next, which has an unforgettable taste and literally melts in the mouth! Then we tried the Gai Lan, which was delicious. The Chinese broccoli leaves soak up so much of the sauce, which made it a perfect bite alongside the orange chicken. Safe to say we left with clean plates! Canโ€™t wait to go back and try more of Belly Baoโ€™s menu!

Amazing meal at Belly Bao. We had the baoratta, orange chicken bites, and cheeseburger spring roll to start. These were fantastic. For mains we had the spicy noodles (so much flavour) with the chicken and pork belly baos. Great meal and service, will absolutely be back!
