I just had dinner at Benniu Fresh Meat Hotpot in Sydney, and it was amazing! The meat was super fresh and tender, and all the ingredients tasted really high quality. Definitely one of the best hotpot experiences I’ve had in Sydney — I’ll 100% come back again!

The broth was nice and flavorful without being too heavy, and everything tasted clean and healthy. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients.
