Started off a little awkward due to a misunderstanding with my order. I clarified what I’d asked for and while the staff seemed a bit standoffish at first, they handled it well in the end by making the correct drink and refunding the small price difference. The space itself is quite pleasant, with soft piano music and good seating, especially if you’ve got a laptop and want to sit for a while. I ordered a large mug of coffee and it was spot on. Perfect temperature, smooth, mild and nicely creamy. Overall, genuinely good coffee. I’d say timing matters here. I arrived just before a large group with parents and kids came in, and the calm atmosphere didn’t last long after that 🙈 Earlier in the day would definitely be better if you’re after quiet. All in all, a decent little spot considering it’s attached to the mall.

The staff are so accommodating and friendly. The waitress had checked with us whether we wanted anything more before the kitchen closed, which was very considerate. The food is a 10/10 for me, lovee all the flavour, it's fantastic. Definitely recommend!

Great concept, I loved the varying options. Food was full of flavour (I had the KFC bao double and peach iced tea) and there are regular options for fussy kids. Obviously, being served by the resident Robo-Cat waiter was the true highlight of the meal, but the food was a close second.

Nice cafe, will definitely be back. Good food, drinks and a lovely location right by the water. Great customer service from staff and they gave our dog water and treats which we weren’t expecting we have never had that treatment from a cafe before and the owner followed our dog on instagram too :)
