After narrowing down the many local options, we settled on David’s Hot Pot and were rewarded with a fantastic experience. Despite a minimal team on the floor, the service was impressively fast and efficient, though the tables were a bit on the smaller side for a family of four. The hot pot itself was unique and the broth was incredibly flavorful, though be prepared for a "mission" picking through the heavy amount of chilies! While the menu has fewer frozen options than other spots, every ingredient from the meat to the vegetables was exceptionally fresh and delicious. The condiment station is a bit pricey at $6 per person, and features some adventurous items like chicken feet, but the sauces are high quality and well worth it. We paid roughly $200 for two adults and two kids including drinks, making it a satisfying, high quality meal that we’d definitely recommend.

Dude, it's so freaking delicious! Hot pot restaurants are like my "happiness charging stations"! As soon as I step in, the aroma of the soup base just grabs my soul. The beef tallow in the soup base is so rich, and the spices have distinct layers. It's spicy but not overpowering, fragrant but not greasy. And even if you cook in it for a long time, it won't turn bitter or salty. That's some real skill right there! 😆😆

The signature spicy soup has strong lamb/ox taste (disappointed) Wagyu beef ($27/serve) turns very dark (taste like old meat, v hard) & Regular beef very chewy. Definitely, not worth coming!!

The hotpot here is absolutely delicious! The broth is rich and flavorful, and the ingredients are fresh. The staff are very friendly and provide excellent service, always making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for authentic and tasty hotpot
