About
Had a really good lunch here. I decided to order a bunch of small dishes to try. The star was the Sichuan mala hargow, really unique blend of flavours that works really well with a gentle mala flavour thatโs gives a good kick. The wontons were delicious and the sauce was really nice, goes well mixing into the fried rice too. The siu mai was great too. Only the pork belly bao was a slight let down as the meat was a bit dry but flavours were still good. My partner is coeliac and the staff were kn

The food is really great and reasonably priced. All dishes tastes well. Good service, too. And there is robot serving dishes to the tables. There is free snacks and ice creams which the kids really love. It's becoming our go to place in Chatswood.
Really loveee the food and vibes at this restaurant! They do all you can eat Bingsu which is really fun and their pan fried pork buns and lychee rose ice cream bao are so yummy! Also we had the best waitress (I think her name was Orange) ๐
Double Chin Eats Chatswood is a nice restaurant to eat with family and friends. The dining environment is bright and modern. The staff there are quick and polite. I tried their new dish: Sichuan Fish With Pickled Mustard Green and the Hunan Smashed Chilies with Century Eggs. Both of them are delicious. I highly recommend Pork Soup Dumplings where through the slightly translucent wrapper, you can see the broth inside. Take a bite and the soup bursts out with a rich and flavorful taste. I love BBQ Honey Beef as the beef is juicy and tender with a sweet, delicious flavor. The crispy noodles underneath are crunchy and pleasantly sweet. I like Bingsu as you can choose your favorite toppings and it tastes icy and delicious. Double Chin Eats Chatswood deserves a five star rating and I would like to eat there more often.

Only the pork belly bao was a slight let down as the meat was a bit dry but flavours were still good. My partner is coeliac and the staff were knowledgeable in pointing her to the gluten free options. She ordered the prawn egg fried rice and the staff confirmed with the kitchen it can be gluten free. She had no issues with the dish after eating it. We also got a peach oolong and mango oolong iced tea and they were both excellent, will definitely be back!
I liked the variety of dumplings here but my favourites were spicy prawn and pork dumplings, and pork soup dumplings. I enjoyed the bingsu with unlimited toppings for under $10 too. The foods come fresh and hot every time. The staff are friendly and I like the spacious seating areas here.
