My wife and I went for dinner on a Monday night. Friendly staff. Good was great. The San choy bow has a good whack of chilli. Prawn dumplings really good. We shared a main of the pork belly and the fried rice with duck. They do cocktails too.

We saw Duck In Heaven on Instagram and decided to drive down to Thirroul from Sydney. Everything lived up to our expectations. If you love great food and of course, the best duck dishes then you’ve gotta eat here. The Duck San Choy Bao was outstanding, as was the Malay Red Duck Curry and the Peking Duck, oh and the Duck Spring Rolls, in fact everything was great.. oh and the Duck Fried Rice. Further to this, Jenny, the owner is the host with the most, really informative and lotsa fun. Next time we’re in Wollongong, we’ll be back ❤️

We decided to try this relatively new restaurant (opened in May 2025) and very happy we did! Excellent, attentive service and the Crispy Pork Belly Larb (Thai Style) was remarkable! I love crispy pork belly and this was actually the best I've tasted... and I used to live in Newtown, the home of amazing Thai! They also have an interesting array of deserts with a twist... including Durian Icecream! The restaurant has a nice, moody atmos with smooth jazz adding to the great ambiance... certainly worth trying them out... but probably best to book a table, unless you don't mind sitting at the bar?

I had lunch here today with my husband and everything was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!! The Best Peking duck I’ve ever had. The dumplings, homemade sauces and lobster spring rolls were all delicious. The service was on point and the place had a great atmosphere. We are very fussy people so when I say everything was perfect I mean EVERYTHING was perfect. We had some margaritas which were definitely made with love and the tequila was of the highest quality also. 10 out of 10 from us I highly recommend Duck in Heaven !

After 7 months travelling in The UK , Europe and the Far East- What can I say - Sunday only Yum Cha at Duck in Heaven Thirroul - right on my doorsteps. Yum Cha is excellent and is as good as ones gets in good Yum Cha establishments in Sydney and the only Yum Cha South of Hurstville. Happy Days Incredibly good hand crafted yum cha by Jeni and her team- the yum cha was top class quality and had good varieties- one needs to try them to appreciate the taste sensation. Service was fast and furious as the joint was packed albeit abit noisy. However the ambiance is terrific. Lou the bartender was outstanding. We had a seat at the bar as we had no prior booking- so it’s advisable to book ahead.
