Fortune Alley World Square offers a wide variety of dishes that are fresh and delicious. The service is fast and friendly. I highly recommend their three-choice combo box—it comes with generous portions of rice/noodles and dishes and are very good value. I also love their Fried Beef Tenderloin with Rice and the Salted Egg Yolk Prawns Bento; both are cooked to order. The stir-fried beef tenderloin is made with chilies and onions, and the beef tenderloin is tender and juicy with mild spiciness—really tasty. The prawns coated in salted egg yolk is savory and crispy on the outside, with flavorful prawn inside. The salted egg yolk coated sweet potato fries are perfectly balanced between salty and sweet, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with great flavor. I love eating at Fortune Alley—it truly feels like a home away from home!

The food was decent. Noodles were good. Beef was tender. Honey chicken was too sweet. Pak choi with garlic was fine. Portions are really big. Service was a bit hectic/rude as she pressured me to tell her which mains I wanted, but I have not checked all the mains yet, so she just put honey chicken in which was my bf‘s order for his bowl. Music was quite loud, so you could not really talk.

Came here for a weekend lunch with my family and was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was for the price. We ordered four of their big plate bentos, which come with one side and three dishes each — such a great value and perfect for sharing. Between all of us, we tried things like Mongolian beef, spicy pork ribs, honey chicken, and a few veggie sides, and everything was full of flavour and freshly cooked. The Mongolian beef was tender and saucy, and the spicy pork ribs had just the right kick. The portions were also really generous, which made it feel super worth it. My favourite drink was the bayberry lemon tea — super refreshing and balanced, especially after all the rich flavours. The restaurant has a casual and cosy vibe, perfect for a quick lunch or a relaxed meal in the city. Definitely one of those hidden gems in World Square that’s worth checking out if you’re craving comforting Chinese food that won’t break the bank. Absolutely loved my meal at Fortune Alley in World Square! The food was fresh, flavourful and really well priced for the generous portions. Their mix-and-match bento-style dishes make it easy to try a few different things, the crispy fish and eggplant were my favourites! Staff were friendly and service was quick, even during the lunch rush. I also loved the osmanthus jelly for a sweet treat. Perfect spot for a comforting and satisfying meal in the city. Highly recommend if you’re craving authentic Chinese food with great value!
