Came in by myself today and had a really lovely experience at Haidilao. The service was amazing, especially from Ruijie, who was super friendly and made me feel very welcome even dining solo. She was attentive throughout and even offered me a drink, which was such a nice gesture. Great food and warm service — would definitely come back.

Loved my time at Hadilao! Came here to celebrate my bday and they did not disappoint. They decorated my table to wish me a happy birthday and the service was super quick. The lady made sure to take away all the used plates as soon as they were done clearing room for us on the table. There was a huge sauce selection and the broths were super yummy. It was a little expensive for 2 people but well worth the experience. Bathroom is also very clean and smells very nice. Highly recommend you book otherwise you may be waiting outside for a while

The Mog Champ sends his regards. Have been here a few times and it's a premium, clean and servicing hot pot restaurant. They're located on the top of the darling square. Came here for a family lunch and we had two different tables as each hot pot could only fit around 6 people. Service is quick and helpful, sauce bar is simple and has instructions on how to mix it as well. Having a split hot pot is also quite nice as you can experience more than one soup base.
