This place makes you feel that the service at every other restaurant is below standard. Customer satisfaction seems to be a very high priority. The food is fabulous. The overall experience is one of fun and great satisfaction. Recommend you get the flying noodles at least once.

Today we were served by July throughout our all you can eat journey! We chose combo A and had tons of options to choose from many different meats and veggies! By far my best go to hotpot place!!

Had an amazing experience here. The staff are incredibly kind and always nearby to help with anything you need. The ingredients are super fresh, and the soups are perfectly cooked with excellent flavour. The quality of everything we ordered was definitely top‑tier. I want to give a special thanks to Miss 鐘 — she greeted us with a warm smile throughout the entire visit and made sure we had everything we needed. Her service really stood out. If you love hotpot, you definitely don’t want to miss Haidilao.

July served us really well, she keeps checking if we’re doing okay and if we need help. It makes the eating experience really great! Food is really good, we really enjoyed the Karubi beef, cheese meatball, and noodle dance. We did not wait because we booked early.

Among the condiments, beef granules and celery granules come highly recommended. The free dessert, iced jelly, is also nice, as well as the corn chips. Environment: All seats are in independent booths, offering great privacy. The restrooms are clean and tidy too. Price: Around 70-80 dollars per person.
