The hot pot dish has to be pre ordered ideally. Everyone also has to be on time as well as the food is ready to eat when you arrive. The waiter was adamant rhe food had to be served immediately otherwise it would over cook. I quite like the flavour of the sauce as it paired well with the beef ribs. The bread is extremely dense. The beef pot is hugeee! 🥘 The beef itself was just right — tender, not too soft and not too chewy, absolutely perfect. I especially loved the radish, and this pot was packed with heaps of braised radish and potatoes, which made it so comforting and flavorful.
