I ordered the pork bone stew and it was amazing. Came with a side of rice and some pickled radish. The pork was tender and juicy. The lady servers were very kind and nice. 100% would recommend 👏🏻

Super quick service. Chicken was excellent, tasted super fresh. They had run out of pearls for the day for my bubble tea but we're able to swap it to another topping super easy. Would go again

1st time visit to JJ kitchen and the food was awesome, yummy and value for money. 2 days later, we visited JJ'S Kitchen for the same meal as it's too good to miss.

Sadly, our experience wasn't stellar, and a little disappointing to be honest. Hopefully I can offer some constructive criticism. As our usual purveyor of fried chicken is on hiatus at present, we tried JJ's. I'd very much like to comment on the young bloke at front - not sure of his name but had an ROK flag on his sleeve. He was bouncing around, one moment making coffee, the next taking orders, the next wiping tables over. He had plenty to do but was so friendly with everyone - a true credit to this business. I opted for the garlic fried chicken ($19), and my wife went for the soy boneless fried chicken ($19). We shared a large chips ($9) Kitchen performance was somewhat slow, especially given the lack of orders. Two thirds of our order was sitting on the pass (not heated) whilst the bone-in chicken was finished. We live about five minutes away so we consumed it at this point. The boneless chicken wasn't even lukewarm on arrival - my wife reheated it. The specified weight on the menu was 300g that it certainly was (320g). About 300g of chips in a large serve, and the bone-in chicken was quite generous at just over 500g. My bone-in chicken looked like KFC (Colonel, not Korean) and unfortunately ate like it. A greasy, soggy batter (not typical of Korean fried chicken). Very heavy and oily. Under seasoned with no pronounced garlic flavour (once again, not typical, Koreans are generally obsessed with garlic) My wife's boneless chicken wasn't great either - heavy and greasy. Strangely - no real flavour to it - didn't appear to be even kissed by soy. The chips were very under seasoned and not crisp, but passable once we added some chicken salt at home. A pity given the wonderful service. I hope our experience isn't reflective of the typical food quality.

We have been here 5+ time now and everytime it gets better (and that's why we keep coming back!). The location is convenient and staff are very friendly. The boneless chicken is such good value (kids favourite flavour is snowy cheese and adults is nuclear bomb!). Don't forget to try the Rose Spicy Rice Cake, it's amazing. Lots of bubble tea options too 😍
