Had some incredible food at Lúua. I ordered the meal deal including the chicken pho cup and 2 rice paper rolls. The crispy pork was so crunchy and fresh, the beef had a great seasoning on it. All the veggies inside the rolls were so crisp. The soup was nice and hot. The chicken was tender and melted in my mouth. I would highly recommend this place for a nice lunch or dinner stop.

🤢 Luua Banh Mi: Severe Quality Drop and Spoiled Food I was a loyal customer of Luua Banh Mi from day one, and their crispy pork and BBQ Banh Mi used to be fantastic. Recently, however, the quality has sharply dropped, less filling and fewer vegetables, likely since the owner has been absent. Today was the most concerning experience: we ordered a BBQ Pork and a Lemongrass Beef Banh Mi. Both had a smelly, spoiled-tasting sauce and were completely inedible. When my partner immediately drove back (5 mins) to complain, the staff member was incredibly dismissive, claiming the spoiled Banh Mi was "like that and it's normal," despite the clear foul odor. We paid $30 for two Banh Mi that we had to throw away. The staff only refunded $15, arguing that one Banh Mi was partially eaten. Since both were inedible and we had to drive back, they should have atleast refunded the full amount. Final take: Quality control is non-existent, and the customer service is unacceptable. Serving spoiled food and then refusing to accept responsibility is a serious issue. We will no longer be supporting this shop until these serious problems are fixed.

Have tried their rice paper rolls and banh mi. Both were good.

I ordered summer rolls and gluten free lemongrass chicken noodles salad. The ingredients were so fresh and the sauce was perfect! And my favorite is banh mi. The baguette she made herself tastes really crispy. You must try that!
