This is my third visit. The spring rolls are delicious, and the bún chả is really amazing. There aren’t many places in Melbourne that I go back to, and this is one of them. Highly recommended.

It was light yet full of depth, making each spoonful satisfying. The rice noodles were soft and smooth, not overcooked, and paired perfectly with the broth. The beef was tender and flavorful, cooked just right in the hot soup. Fresh herbs and lime added a refreshing touch, enhancing the overall taste. Overall, it was a truly delicious bowl of pho, rich in flavor and comforting to eat. Simple, authentic, and wellmade, it left a very positive impression and was easy to enjoy.

Madame Yen is very kind, her recipe is Vietnamese Hanoi authentic. We finished all the food, and highly suggest for everyone in Melbourne who wants to eat authentic Vietnamese cuisine.

The pho is delicious, including the soup, noodles, and meat. The salad is served with a sweet sauce. The grilled pork cheek is very delicious. You have to come and order before it runs out in the evening.
