About
The bowl of pho was served steaming hot and looked incredibly appetizing. The broth was clear, fragrant, and well-balanced, with a natural sweetness from slow cooked beef bones and spices. It was light yet full of depth, making each spoonful satisfying. The rice noodles were soft and smooth, not overcooked, and paired perfectly with the broth. The beef was tender and flavorful, cooked just right in the hot soup. Fresh herbs and lime added a refreshing touch, enhancing the overall taste. Overal

This is my third visit. The spring rolls are delicious, and the bรบn chแบฃ is really amazing. There arenโt many places in Melbourne that I go back to, and this is one of them. Highly recommended.

Delicious, well-balanced Vietnamese food with fresh ingredients and generous portions. The grilled pork was tender, the vegetables were crisp, and the dipping sauce was light but full of flavour. Clean, comforting, and beautifully presented. Highly recommend Madam Yen
Madame Yen is very kind, her recipe is Vietnamese Hanoi authentic. We finished all the food, and highly suggest for everyone in Melbourne who wants to eat authentic Vietnamese cuisine.
The pho is delicious, including the soup, noodles, and meat. The salad is served with a sweet sauce. The grilled pork cheek is very delicious. You have to come and order before it runs out in the evening.
