About
The food is not too special (for me), but good, especially the chicken salad. The service from the staffs are great, really appreciate that, but couldn't help that lady manager (?) ruined the whole experience. Apparently this is not the first time (just found out there are other reviews with similar situation, but worse). No manager of a restaurant would shout and complain staffs in front of customers, for 15-20mins, just for minor stuff which should have been handled privately and professionall

Salad was perfect for a hot summer's day. So tasty. Service always so lovely and decor makes us feel like we are in Hoi An!

Nobody wants to pay to listen to that while enjoying their meals. Would unlikely to come back unfortunately.
Great experience overall. Lovely owner and fast service. This place is cash only We tried the noodles before but they are not our types. This time we want to try the famous chicken rice and it turns out to be great. Love the comforting side soup and the papaya salad. The only thing is that the chicken offals are marinated a bit too much, tasting salty.
They have a lot of good items on their menu. That's why my wife and I came back 4-5 times already to try different dishes each time. The owner is also very nice and the food is served very fast. If you're hungry, you don't have to wait for long. I will definitely come back. Highly recommend Cao Lau (Hoi An special noodle), special chicken rice, eel with vermicelli (dry) and if you have 3-4 people, go for the chicken combo for 4 people.
Both locations serve some of the best Hoi An style chicken rice in Sydney. The tender chicken coupled with their fresh rice and special sauce creates a balanced, flavourful dish that has me coming back on a weekly basis. The phแป is also excellent, with a rich clear broth and fresh ingredients. The atmosphere is usually quite warm and lively, making it a comfortable spot to enjoy a great authentic meal.
