Excellent restaurant at Coogee beach- we had the vegetarian steamed dumplings and the vegetarian handmade fried noodles. So tasty! Cannot recommend enough. Very friendly and quick service. We'll be back for sure. The Coogee espresso next door does a good coffee as well for an after meal drink.

Bit of a hype if you ask me — I’m usually pretty forgiving when it comes to small businesses doing their best, but this one really missed the mark. Honestly, I’d rather go to Macca’s (and I never eat there). Everything tasted old - the prawn crackers, the chicken, even the noodles. Tables were dirty, people were complaining about service, and my own meal was just disappointing. I ordered fried flat noodles with chicken — barely any bean shoots or spring onion, just a sprinkle for garnish. The noodles tasted stale, like they’d been sitting in the fridge for days, and the flavour was nothing but salt. When I asked for a small serve of bean shoots, they immediately said no unless I paid extra. It honestly feels like people only enjoy the food because they’ve come straight from the Pavilion next door after a few drinks. Don’t eat there unless ur taste buds are deactivated from over drinking!

We came to the area originally to dine in the Pavilion but it was too busy and noisy so we were disappointed and decided to eat else where, just next to it we found this small Chinese kitchen so we quickly checked the rating and we got in. We ordered Honey Chicken, Mongolia beef, Stir fries noodles with beef and Pokchoy and Chinese mushrooms. We like every single dish, it’s insane that it’s not crowded as it serves the yummiest of food. All came hot within 10 minutes. Well done to everyone working in this restaurant and thanks for the yummy food!

I had a fantastic experience at MS Dumpling in Coogee Beach! I ordered the Prawn Honey, and it was absolutely perfect—well-balanced and delicious. The Beef Pepper was seasoned just right, with great flavor. The Xia Long Pao were packed with flavor and incredibly tender. The portions were generous, and the service was friendly and attentive. Highly recommend for anyone looking for authentic and tasty dumplings! Will definitely be coming back.
