I recently dined at Nobi Yakiniku and was thoroughly impressed. The quality of the ingredients was outstanding, far exceeding my expectations. I discovered this gem near my niece's dorm and decided to try it based on the great reviews I saw online. The beef was incredibly tender and flavorful, and the oysters were fresh and delicious. The service was excellent, contributing to a wonderful dining experience. Overall, I highly recommend Nobi Yakiniku for anyone looking for top-notch yakiniku.

A delightful experience, and well worth the visit! 😋 Went here for a birthday dinner, and was really pleased with the food, quantities, and service. We've been to a few Japanese-style yakiniku places, and often you'll find the prices are cheaper because they offer worse cuts of meat (often too gristle-y or flavourless). Here, you're getting what you pay for, and the taste difference is night and day! We got a mix of M9 and A5 cuts, as well as pork belly & scallops. The cocktails and desserts were also delightful (I never thought I'd find my favourite Japanese treat in Australia, but the creme brulee ice cream makes me so happy) 🍨 Definitely recommended, and like all communal-style dining, would be even better with a larger group so you can sample more things!

Booked for a birthday dinner. Small cozy restaurant but not too much ventilation; bbq smell on clothes. Good service; Good quality of meat. Will definitely come back again !

We visited last weekend without a reservation. Luckily, there were available seats, so we could sit right away without waiting. However, since there was only one server, she was slow in bringing water and side dishes. We had to ask multiple times before receiving them. Even after the barbecue was served, she didn't bring the sauce until we asked for it. The meat was tender and delicious, and the salmon sashimi was fresh and tasty. We also ordered fish cake soup, which was a warm delight perfect for the cold weather.

Wow - tonight we dined on the most rich and luscious beef, amazing! The marbled cuts sizzled beautifully in front of us and we quickly filled ourselves with fine cuts. Didn't go for a banquet choice and instead picked a few keen choices from the menu which worked well. A takoyaki plate was a cheeky starter which set us up for the meat feast that was to follow. Highly recommend this experience! 🍷🎉👍
