Celebrated NYE here and so glad we did! Everything was impeccable, from the food to the service and a magnificent view of the harbour bridge to watch the fireworks! For $249 each the stunning set menu was well above expectations. Will definitely be back to try their a la carte menu ♥️

Have been here twice. This might be the best Chinese food in Sydney. They offer a 700g lobster option, which is perfect even for two people. The lobster isn’t coated in a thick batter (usually heavy with cornstarch like in most Chinese restaurants), so you can really taste the lobster’s natural sweetness and its firm, springy texture. The toothfish was also excellent—both the texture and the sauce were outstanding. Hopefully they can maintain this high standard.

We visited Pearl Dining a few days ago to celebrate my friend’s birthday, and everything was wonderful. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was lovely, and we had such a great time. A special thank-you to Mauro, the manager,he was incredibly attentive, friendly and professional throughout the whole evening. He really made our celebration feel extra special. Highly recommend this place for both special occasions and casual dinners!

We hit up Pearl Dining for a mate's birthday, mainly. The place has a great vibe—classy but still relaxed enough to have an easy chat. The food was tasty and really delivered on flavour. The service was switched on and attentive, which we appreciated. The staff were good and mentioned the 30-40 minute wait for the Peking Duck up front, but the lobster and other dishes took a bit longer than we expected too. If you're happy to chill out and enjoy the company and atmosphere, this place is brilliant. The food is tasty and makes the slight wait worthwhile.

We had an amazing dining experience! The staff were very accommodating and took great care of us during our special event. The food was delicious, especially the Siu Mai with quail egg (the best) and Peking duck, which was so juicy and flavorful. It’s the perfect spot if you’re looking for authentic Asian cuisine, great service, and a lovely location for special occasions.
