Having lived in Sydney’s Koreatown for over ten years as part of a Chinese–Korean family, we’ve tried many restaurants serving sweet and sour pork and jajangmyeon. This was the first time we genuinely felt how much care had gone into a Chinese–Korean restaurant, and it really surprised us. The small side dishes included Chinese-style pickles, and the iced tea was light and refreshing—perfect with jajangmyeon and especially enjoyable in summer. These thoughtful details made the meal even better and showed the owner’s attention and care. After looking at the menu, I’d describe the restaurant as a slightly modern-style Chinese–Korean restaurant. The truffle sauce jajangmyeon was something I’d never seen before, and they also offer some Chinese dishes, which was a pleasant surprise. It’s not easy to run a business in Australia these days. Wishing the owners every success and continued prosperity.
Not the worst Jjamppong and jjajangmeon I've had in Sydney but definitely not very good. Both dishes were tasteless and oily. The crab meat fried rice was also not very balanced and could barely taste any crab. Overall, no one in our group had any positives other than it was clean...
Kind staff with good service! Food is tasty and I like the Jjam Bbong! So many seafood inside! Good quality! I will definitely come here again!
add to your restaurants to try list if you’re looking for a place with a friendly environment, authentic & flavourful food, lovely staff and filling portions. my new go to spot 100% 🤩
The customer service and food at this place is one of a kind! The owners and workers were very welcoming, friendly and helpful + they had a variety of dishes and complimentary sides to try. I ordered the jjajangmyeon which was decently sized and well priced for the quality. As for taste, the flavour of the black bean sauce was rich and decadent which enhanced the chewiness and texture of the noodles. I don’t think I’ve tried any others that could capture that authentic flavour. Only downside is I wish I ordered more of it! 🤣 I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and experience today. 5/5 stars, must try restaurant! (will be coming back soon). Many congratulations for your opening, may this restaurant reach all the success that it deserves🎉🥳
