About

Yangzhou fried rice and spicy pork belly was good. Hainan chicken was not. Portions are small. The old lady that served us was very mean. Despite the restaurant being almost empty, our request to sit near the AC was denied as apparently these tables were ‘booked’. However we saw another couple just seat themselves (clearly didn’t have a booking) at a table we wanted to sit at. And by the time we finished eating, the tables we requested to sit at were still empty! Love being lied to at a restaura

Hidden Chinese restaurant near Chatswood place. We tried a few dishes and they are all delicious. Recommend the mushrooms beef dish.

The wooden bucket fish here is amazing! The soup is rich and flavorful, and the fish is so tender. Perfect place for family gatherings lots of dishes to choose from and everything tastes great!

As someone who normally doesn’t like fish, I was shocked I drank three bowls of fish soup — it’s that fresh and not fishy at all! The signature Blue Cod hot stone soup is a must-order — light, clean, and naturally sweet from long-simmered fish bones. Everything else we ordered was equally impressive: fish & chive dumplings were super springy and flavorful, chili chicken wings were spicy and addictive, the cereal prawns were huge and crispy, and the wooden bucket rice was comforting and packed with toppings. Portion sizes are very generous and prices are super reasonable. Perfect for solo diners or large groups — there are private rooms upstairs too. The staff were busy but friendly, and location is convenient with street parking or Chase shopping centre nearby. Definitely worth a visit — I’ve already been twice and would absolutely come again!

It's been a long time since I last tasted such fresh fish soup. The fish were all transported from New Zealand and the meat was very tender. My friend and I both liked it very much. I also tried a few other dishes and they all tasted great. I will come again.
