If you want amazing, piping-hot dim sum, this is the place! Everything is made fresh after you order, and the taste is incredible. Beyond the food, the location is super convenient: plenty of parking, and it's just a short walk from the train station. All this at very fair prices. You truly can't go wrong here—a must-try!

Great food and service :) Ordered most food from the yum cha menu, fried rice from the a la carte. Everything was delicious! Atmosphere was pretty quiet and chill at lunch on a Saturday. Nice for a relaxed family outing!

Sunny Seafood is a nice spot for enjoying fresh seafood, and overall, the food is above average. The highlight for me was the lobster, which tasted fresh and full of natural sweetness — definitely worth trying if you visit. One dish I tried was the Pepper Pork Tripe Soup, which unfortunately was a little on the salty side and didn’t have as much peppery kick as expected, so the balance of flavors could be improved. Service here is pleasant — the staff are friendly, approachable, and not pushy, which makes the dining experience comfortable and relaxed. However, one area that could use some improvement is cleanliness, especially the washroom, which was not as tidy as it should be for a restaurant of this level.
