Great variety of food choices with a consistent à la carte menu. The quality is always reliable and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The noodle soups, lichen, Roast Duck, BBQ pork and other dishes are all well prepared. If you love crispy pork, I highly recommend trying it - you won’t be disappointed. The skin is perfectly crispy while the meat remains tender and beautifully cooked.

My wife bought me a take away from Taste of Asia NT and it was the bomb. Lechon was still crispy even after a while. Didn't expect it would be that good knowing it was a take away and it took her a while to get to our hotel. Chicken was full of flavour and the milk tea was superb. Only down side is they are only open from 9am to 2:30pm so it's a bit of a challenge for me to buy them after work. But aside from, It was excellent. Excuse my photo, we are still devouring it.

What a random encounter, in all the best ways! Top-quality Chinese meats and Lechon, rice, and Thai Milk Tea to top it all off! I had the roast pork and bbq pork which were both freshly made, immaculately flavoured, and faithfully authentic to the original dish. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a simple but top-quality authentic Chinese meal - or Lechon!

These guys were my reason to go to Palmerston Market! So glad they have their own place now. Near the Berrimah / Stuart Highway intersection. Lechon or Roast Duck, Pork, or Hainanese Chicken with Rice and greens, as well as other dishes. Generous portions. Homemade sauces are delicious too. ***A big plus is, I can order and collect the dishes on my way home from work to Palmerston at 4:30***( when they’re closed) Perfect! dinner sorted Very good service The food is great
