Tomo Ramen: A hidden gem tucked away in Bondi Junction! This was my first meal in Sydney, and what a find. I ordered the spicy chicken ramen (Tori Paitan), and it was fantastic. The char siu was perfectly torched, the chicken was tender and perfectly poached, and the noodles were springy. The broth was divine—good, satisfying spicy. Easily one of the best ramens I've had in a long time. Highly recommend supporting this cozy spot!

Chicken ramen last night was delicious! Very flavourful broth and generous toppings. We have been several times and food has been consistently good. The outside seating is lovely on a warm evening.

I didn't really the dishes served up here. First up with the karaage chicken. The texture was quite usual. It felt stringy but still tender so I wonder if it was sous vide or somehow cooked differently. It really threw me off. I ordered the Tonkotsu ramen and I didn't like any part of it honestly speaking. The noodle texture wasn't right and the black oil that they put on top was either too strong or too much it was quite hard to finish my bowl.

Best Spicy Pork Ramen in Sydney. Very rich froth and pork is perfect. Cozy atmosphere and nice Staff as well. Recommended! Will definitely come back.

Having lived in Japan for a few years, I've been looking for an authentic Japanese ramen and we found a real hidden gem in Bondi. We had spicy Tori Paitan and Tomo Ramen Bondi. I could taste the rich chicken broth and the noodles were perfectly cooked. Staff were very friendly too. 😊
