Never been here before, but saw the reviews were really good. Had to go withdraw cash but THIS IS SO GOOD. Got beef soup, the beef is so tender, the broth is amazing, there’s a green leaf (don’t even know what it is) but it’s also great, slightly bitter and adds to the dish. Hidden gem def come here. Also prices make it so worth it, great portion sizes

Finding something that truly suits the tastes of Vietnamese, Thai, Malaysian, Singaporean, and Chinese diners is not easy, but this place manages to do so. The broth is delicious, and the noodles are well made and very satisfying. I ordered the minced pork with flat egg noodles in soup, and it was very good. I also noticed that the duck looks quite promising and will definitely try it on my next visit. The shop currently accepts cash only; it would be even more convenient if credit cards were accepted.

Had to come here after hearing about how long this family run restaurant has been in Cabramatta. The service is fantastic- very friendly. Most importantly the food and taste is a solid 10/10! Duck was so tender and really packed with so much flavor. Must try!!

UE is a hidden gem.When it comes to noodle soups, this family run restaurant is the best in the business. My favourite is their tasty duck leg noodle soup. You may also like to try the beef brisket noodle soup or pork mince noodle soup. Our family has been going to UE for over 30years and to this day their noodles are still the best in town.

Very yummy noodle restaurant! Authentic chinese not Vietnamese. They have their own unique style, the noodle tastes differently to other restaurants in the area. Their presence in Cabramatta is for more than 10 years. I hope they will come out with a new menu, new noodle syles in order to refresh themselves and stay on top of the competition.
