The chicken soup broth and the beef tongue was super delicious. The price is high, especially the meat. But considering it’s freshly cut, it may be acceptable. For two people it’s 120 on a Sunday. The waiter and waitress was chatting and talking next to our seat all the time, which was a bit noisy. Despite that the service itself was pretty good.

The beef tendon balls here are amazing – super bouncy and full of flavour! The beef bone broth is rich and fresh, you can tell it’s been slow-cooked. Loved that the beef is freshly sliced to order and the clay pot keeps everything hot and tasty. The staff also showed us the best way to mix the dipping sauce – the satay sauce with peanuts and coriander was perfect with the beef. Will definitely be back!

Had an amazing meal at Yong Zhou Ji Chaoshan Beef Hotpot. We tried the chest fat, hanging tender, rib fingers, and rice noodles. Every time a dish arrived, the staff told us exactly how many seconds to cook it, so we could enjoy each cut at its perfect texture. The beef was super fresh and full of flavor, and the rice noodles were silky and delicious in the broth. Friendly service, fresh ingredients — highly recommend!
